SX3 Loan Modification Software v4.0: New Features

We have compiled the suggestions from the Sx3 Loan Modification and Short Sale users and developed the necessary modifications to the software to include such new features. In some cases we have completely redesigned screens while in other we have added functionality and new screens to maximize the usage of the application and make it even more user friendly.

 

The following list shows only some of the new features present in the new version 4.0 of the Loan Mod & Short Sale Software, for a complete list of features click here or for a list of recent updates click here.

 

 

New Financial Statement functionality:

 

The new financial statement module is more flexible and offers more customizable calculations.

  • Users can decide what is part of the Front and Back End DTIs.

  • Same 3 scenarios but with the option to enter Borrower and "Spouse's" Income, Deductions and Expenses.

  • Option to Print/Email/eFax the Financial Statement for:

    • Borrower,

    • Co-Borrower,

    • Borrower & Co-Borrower (consolidated).

  • Export statement to PDF.

  • Select/Configure Printer.

New Assets and Liabilities functionality:

  • Within the new module you can now discriminate between Borrower and Co-Borrower's Assets and Liabilities.

  • Option to Print/Email/eFax the Assets and Liabilities report for:

    • Borrower,

    • Co-Borrower,

    • Borrower & Co-Borrower (consolidated).

  • Export report to PDF.

  • Select/Configure Printer.

Automation of Hardship Letters / Hardship macro:

 

A complete new tab has been added to the Cases Detail window. This new sub-module allows the user to manage financial hardship related information in one place.

  • Users can type in the specific causes of hardship or select them from a list.

  • The list of predefined Causes of Hardship can be fully customized.

  • Users can insert macros in the detailed (text) of each Cause of Hardship, these macros are replaced with the corresponding information from the case.

  • You can add/edit/delete Causes of Hardship within the case's detail window (users don't need to exit the case and go to the Catalogs menu).

 

 

Actions taken to resolve hardship / Actions macro:

 

This is part of the Hardship sub-module; this new feature allows the user to specify the actions taken by the Borrower as an attempt to mitigate their hardship.

  • Users can type in the specific Actions taken or select them from a list.

  • The list of predefined Actions can be fully customized.

  • Users can insert macros in the detailed (text) of each Action, these macros are replaced with the corresponding information from the case.

  • You can add/edit/delete Actions within the case's detail window (users don't need to exit the case and go to the Catalogs menu).

 

 

Automation of Negotiation Notes:

 

Now with a simple right click the users can select a from a list of predefined "negotiation notes" and insert them into the negotiation screen. This list can be fully customized and the users can also insert macros in the text of each note. This new feature enables a more detailed description of those notes that are repetitive.

 

 

 

Escrow Companies Catalog:

 

For the Short Sale users, the new version of the software allows to maintain a database of Escrow Companies which can be selected within the Short Sale tab of a Case.

 

 

Built in web component*:

 

Now there is no need to launch the Web Component on the server or one of the stations, with the built in web component* as soon as a Lead/Case is updated the system will update your website accordingly (Internet and FTP access is required).

 

*This update applies only to those Company who purchased the web component.

 

 

New Email Center:

 

Assuming that you have a list of e.g. 10,000 email addresses, with this new module you can easily send bulk emails to everyone of those email addresses.

  • Load lists of emails from TXT files.

  • Use your existing Pre-Leads, Leads and Cases.

  • Email plain text or HTML content.

  • Specify States.

  • Keep record of previously sent emails.

 

Leads and Cases window / Sort by column / Maximize:

 

A wider and smarter browse screen offers all the functionality that our users have requested. This new screen allows the users to sort the data by any column in ascending or descending order, filter data on the screen by multiple fields and open records with a simple click. This redesigned module is more flexible and offers access to Leads/Cases with a cleaner and easier look. Users can also maximize the screen to see more data per line.

 

 

 

New filtering option in Leads and Cases window:

 

Another improvement added to the Leads/Cases browse screen is the filtering option, we have placed more filtering options in a separate window where you can select with simple clicks the Entities related to the cases as well as enter sample information; all these is considered in the filtering option:

 

 

 

Printer Selection:

Loan modifications are a booming business opportunity for companies and individuals, related or not to the mortgage industry.

 

 

Easier to update:

 

Updates to your software will never be easier than this; with the newest version of the software you just need to open the "System Update" screen and click on "Download":

  • The system update module will detect if there are users logged into the program, send them 3 automatic warning messages and finally log them out of the application if they do not exit the software.

  • The system update module will also download the available updates (based on your account status) and install these updates automatically for you, as simple as "click and see it happen..."
