SX3 Email Automation Server 1.0

The SX3 Email Automation software is the perfect way to keep your eyes on top of each case! Automatically send emails to your team every time they leave a file unattended for more than "n' number of days! DO NOT lose control of your cases and provide great service.

This program is similar to the web component, it runs in the background (on the server or one of the stations). The Email Automation will detect which leads and cases have not been updated (worked on) in the last "nn days" (last 7 days for example) and will send an email to all the related parties:

	Sales Reps.
	Negotiators.
	User's Group Managers.
	Branch Managers.

Each of the Entities will receive a PDF report that includes the list of his/her own cases with information like:

	Borrower's Name.
	Telephone number.
	Case Status.
	Date of last contact.
